چکیده
Abstract Background Agricultural products are frequently co-contaminated by mycotoxins and pesticides. Most studies have only focused on the single toxicities of these chemicals, while their combined effects neglected. Therefore, we investigated toxic T-2 toxin (T-2) propiconazole (PRO) zebrafish ( Danio rerio ). Results Our data exhibited that had higher toxicity to embryonic fish (96-h LC 50 value 0.39 mg a.i. L −1 ) than PRO 17.16 The mixture showed an acute synergistic effect zebrafish. Meanwhile, indicators associated with oxidative stress (SOD, Mn-sod, cat displayed significant variations in most exposures mixtures (MTP) compared exposures. expressions apoptosis-related genes cas3 cas9 were also substantially elevated high-dose MTP exposure corresponding exposure. Besides, endocrine system-related TRβ , tsh crh cyp19a, vtg1 markedly varied present results suggested could cause enormous stress, cellular apoptosis, hypothalamic–pituitary–thyroid/hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal (HPG/HPT) axis Conclusions provided new insights into development pollution standards for agricultural products. Taken together, impact be considered regulated as priorities.

Estrogenic and toxic effects of methoxychlor on zebrafish (Danio rerio).
Although zebrafish (Danio rerio) have been suggested as a good candidate for screening potential endocrine disruptors, little information is available on the effects of weak estrogens on this species. We investigated the sensitivity of different life stages of zebrafish toward toxic and estrogenic properties of methoxychlor (MXC). Short-term tests with adults resulted in a sex-specific 96-h let...
متن کاملEffects of tris (2-butoxyethyl) phosphate (TBOEP) on endocrine axes during development of early life stages of zebrafish (Danio rerio).
Due to phasing out of additive flame retardants such as polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), Tris (2-butoxyethyl) phosphate (TBOEP) is widely used as a substitute. TBOEP is ubiquitous in the environment and has been measured at concentrations of micrograms per liter (μg L(-1)) in surface waters and wastewater. Information on potential adverse effects on development of aquatic organisms cause...

Toxicity Assessment of Iron Oxide Nanoparticles in Zebrafish (Danio rerio) Early Life Stages
Iron oxide nanoparticles have been explored recently for their beneficial applications in many biomedical areas, in environmental remediation, and in various industrial applications. However, potential risks have also been identified with the release of nanoparticles into the environment. To study the ecological effects of iron oxide nanoparticles on aquatic organisms, we used early life stages...
